Make sure your mobile number is correct
The OTP is sent to the mobile number you entered. If the number is incorrect, you will not receive the code.
• Check that you entered the correct mobile number
• Make sure the country code is correct (UAE +971)
• Avoid adding extra spaces or incorrect digits
If you are not sure whether your account was created correctly, see:

Check your network signal and SMS availability
OTP messages are delivered via SMS, so your phone must have proper network coverage.
• Ensure your phone has a strong signal
• Check if your SIM card is active and working
• Try moving to an area with better network coverage
Wait for a few seconds and request OTP again
Sometimes there may be a short delay in receiving the OTP due to network congestion.
• Wait at least 30–60 seconds before requesting a new OTP
• Avoid requesting multiple OTPs too quickly
• Click on “Resend OTP” if available
Check if SMS is blocked on your device
Some phones or apps may block unknown or automated messages.
• Check your blocked messages or spam folder
• Make sure SMS permissions are enabled
• Disable any SMS filtering or blocking apps temporarily
Restart your phone
A simple restart can fix temporary network or device issues.
• Turn off your phone and turn it back on
• Try requesting the OTP again after restarting
Make sure your number supports SMS
If you are using a VoIP number or a number that does not support SMS, you may not receive the OTP.
• Use a valid UAE mobile number
• Avoid using internet-based or virtual numbers
