Welcome to Adjeem.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. By using Adjeem.com, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Adjeem

Adjeem.com is a UAE-based classified platform that allows users to list, browse, and connect for property and vehicle-related advertisements within the United Arab Emirates.

The platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not participate in transactions between users.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old
  • Users must provide a valid UAE mobile number for account verification
  • Accounts must be created with accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately

4. Listings & Content Policy

4.1 Allowed Listings

Adjeem.com only permits listings related to:

  • Vehicles
  • Property

4.2 Listing Accuracy

Users must ensure that all listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading.

4.3 Prohibited Content

  • Fake or misleading listings
  • Duplicate or spam listings
  • Illegal or restricted items
  • Content that violates UAE laws

5. Listing Approval Process

All listings are subject to review before publication. Once submitted:

  • Status will be marked as “Under Review”
  • Users will receive a notification upon submission
  • After approval, the listing will go live and users will be notified

Adjeem reserves the right to reject or remove any listing without prior notice.

6. Fees, Credits & Payments

6.1 Free & Paid Listings

Adjeem.com offers both free and paid listing options. Free listings may be limited.

6.2 Credits System

Users may be required to purchase credits to publish or promote listings.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Adjeem.com does not store or process your card details.

Adjeem.com is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party payment providers including Stripe. Users are subject to the terms and policies of such providers when processing payments.

6.4 Advertising Services

Adjeem may offer banner advertising or promotional placements subject to availability and approval.

6.5 Refund Policy

Payments made for credits, listings, or advertising services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. User Communication

Adjeem.com provides a chat feature to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.

  • Users are responsible for their own communications
  • Adjeem does not guarantee the accuracy of information shared between users

Users are advised to follow safe practices outlined in: Phishing Protection and Fake Listings Awareness.

Users must not use the chat feature for spam, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates UAE laws. Adjeem reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or disable chat functionality where misuse is detected.

8. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

Adjeem.com is a platform that connects users and does not:

  • Own, sell, or deliver any listed items
  • Guarantee the accuracy of listings
  • Act as a party to any transaction

Adjeem.com does not control and is not liable for user interactions, communications, or transactions conducted between users, whether on or outside the platform.

Adjeem.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or user-generated content on the platform.

The platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Verify listings before making decisions
  • Avoid advance payments without verification
  • Follow UAE laws and regulations

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Misuse the platform

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Adjeem.com, including logos, design, and platform features, is owned by Adjeem or its licensors.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Adjeem.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Adjeem.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or services at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
