How do I verify my mobile number?

Mobile number verification is an important step on Adjeem to ensure account security and enable key features such as posting listings, contacting buyers or sellers, and managing your account. Verification is completed using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Verify your mobile number during signup

When you create an Adjeem account, you will be asked to verify your mobile number before completing registration.

• The UAE country code (+971) is already applied by default

• Enter your mobile number without the starting zero

• Click on “Send OTP”

• Enter the OTP received on your phone

• Complete your account registration

Verify your mobile number after signup

If you skipped verification during signup or your number is not verified yet, you can complete it later from your account.

• Log in to your Adjeem account

• Go to your account settings or profile section

• Add or confirm your mobile number

• Click on “Verify” or “Send OTP”

• Enter the OTP to complete verification

Enter the OTP correctly

After requesting the OTP, you must enter it correctly within the allowed time.

• Check the OTP carefully before entering

• Avoid typing mistakes

• Complete verification before the OTP expires

Important: OTP and email sender details

To protect your account and avoid fraud, always verify the source of messages you receive.

• OTP messages will only be sent from Adjeem official sender ID

• Do not trust OTP messages from unknown numbers or sources

• Email verification or account-related emails will only come from info@adjeem.com

• Do not click on links from any unofficial or suspicious email addresses

Didn’t receive the OTP?

If the OTP is not delivered, you may not be able to complete verification. This is usually due to network or device-related issues.

• Wait a few seconds and request OTP again

• Make sure your mobile number is active

• Check your network signal
