Can I use the same mobile number for multiple accounts?

For account security and verification purposes, the same mobile number should not be used across multiple Adjeem accounts. Each account should be linked to its own valid mobile number so that OTP verification, login security, and account communication remain clear and protected.

Why one mobile number should be linked to one account

Mobile number verification is an important part of account security on Adjeem. Using one mobile number for multiple accounts can create confusion during login, verification, password recovery, and account support.

• Helps keep account ownership clear

• Reduces confusion during OTP verification

• Supports safer login and account recovery

• Helps prevent duplicate or misleading account activity

What happens if you try to use the same mobile number again?

If a mobile number is already linked to an existing Adjeem account, you may not be able to use that same number on another account. In such cases, you may be asked to verify ownership or update the number linked to your existing account.

• The system may not allow duplicate use of the same number

• You may face OTP or verification issues

• Account access or recovery may become more difficult

What you should do instead

If you need a separate Adjeem account, it is best to use a different valid mobile number for that account.

• Use a mobile number that is active and accessible to you

• Enter the number without the starting zero

• The UAE country code (+971) is already applied by default

• Complete OTP verification when requested

If you already used the wrong number

If you linked the wrong mobile number to your Adjeem account or need to replace it, you should update it from your account settings.

• Log in to your Adjeem account

• Go to your account settings or profile section

• Update your registered mobile number

• Complete verification for the new number

Important OTP and account security reminder

Always make sure that OTP and account-related messages are coming from official Adjeem sources only.

• OTP messages will only be sent from Adjeem official sender ID

• Do not share your OTP with anyone

• Account-related emails will only come from info@adjeem.com

• Do not trust unofficial messages, emails, or suspicious links
